Excellent visit. Reasonable wait time We were very happy that other dogs were not in the reception area. That made the visit much easier. Our dog Lucy loves humans but is sometimes afraid of other dogs. Thank you very much.

Just too much for vaccines and other expenses. It is hard to do on a retirement budget.

Excellent, knowledgeable in all areas

Everyone in the office, from reception to both veterinarians we’ve seen, are very friendly and professional. Charlie’s health is a major priority of course, but I’m also on a budget, so when I brought him in to be vaccinated and the first cost overview they presented included certain tests, etc. that brought the total beyond what was financially feasible for me at that time, they quickly revised it, and proceeded to give him really fantastic care. Charlie is definitely a fan too so we’ll be back, and I would refer anyone to them with confidence.

I got to Bananafanana s appointment early. Unfortunately you could not take me in until my scheduled time. But Dr Carla was well worth the wait. Nurses were great, and I did appreciate that all the staff addressed me by my last name.

Grooming I gave 1 star because you could not choose N/a no grooming. I love Dr Tompkins she is the best she knows my animal without having to resort to the chart. I love to discuss the trends in veterinary medicine with her Ie live to pick her brain she is wealth of knowledge. Staff is amazing. Just love Dr T and her facility to death.

Dr Thompkins as usual was terrific in disusing personal Armanis condition...and seemed totally caring of his health. Jessica at the front desk was as usual terrific also and very knowledgeable and informative

Yester I called the office about 29 min prior to closing with a need for emergency supportuve care for my pet. They were kind enough to makr a time exception for my pet. Today my pet has imrpved very much. Thank you for fitting him in!

So happy to be a part of this clinic. Our pets are so happy to see everyone when they visit and hug and kiss the vet and assistants every time...even after shots, neutering, teeth surgery and they are thriving. Would never go anywhere else.
