Dr. Marron and nurse Amy took wonderful care of Penelope during her intensive mouth surgery. They were wonderful with the phone calls for updates along the way, this took a lot of worry away knowing how Penelope was doing during the procedure. Dr. Marron has a true gift with her calm demeanor and how she speaks/handles the animals during these stressful situations. Highly recommend them and will tell the world.

Thank-you for taking my kitties in during the fire. Taking them in at 2:00 am was above and beyond the call to duty in a stressful time. I don t know how we would have cared for them from our car. Also thank-you for the check up that was not on the evacuation agenda but they needed it.

all around pleasant experience

Everyone here is great! To start the staff at reception are very welcoming and make you feel comfortable at check in. All the clinical staff are friendly and they really listened to my concerns. Most importantly everyone’s focus was on my dog which made her feel good too.

Dr. Maker is very patient and easy to understand. He always gives multiple options for treatment and explains everything very well!

Dr Geisleson is the most engaged veterinarian I have ever encountered. Her knowledge and manner of treating my dog are exceptional The whole staff from Erica at the front on down are first rate. So customer service oriented. Thanks

I didn t see a doctor because my kids (some people call them dogs) were just there for updated shots. Normally when I come in the staff pays a LOT of attention to my kids, are very complimentary and affectionate, but this time that didn t happen. I felt like they were just in and out without any personal attention. This won t stop me from coming there or suggestion this location to others. It was just impersonal this time.

I couldn’t be happier with our visit! Very refreshing to have such great people caring for my girl. It was work the 5 hour drive!!

Love this clinic

We have been struggling with Whiskeys ear issues for years and I finally feel like we have made some progress. Dr. Roeber and his staff also addressed Whiskeys anxiety issues which is going to help both him and our furniture tremendously. Thank you for everything and for taking great care of my little spaz.

I cannot thank Dr. Marron and Amy enough for their compassionate care of my dog, Arneis. And thanks to the scheduler who got Arneis on the schedule quickly. They were highly professional and caring. Obviously Dr. Marron has high skills in animal dentistry given her diagnostic skills and the result Arneis had. I am thrilled that we have such a great clinic with these needed services delivered with compassion up here in the High Country.

Nice facility - I loved the “cats only” room. Dr Roeber and his vet tech are The Best. They were so caring with my cat. Dr Roeber explained all of Milo’s symptoms. He really keeps up with current animal technology. His vet tech was also excellent.
