The staff was great, friendly and felt they were genuinely concerned for our dog! Highly recommend!!

I brought a lab in that had had his chest ripped open by a metal rod. The staff was so consumed with how my dog was doing it was amazing. The doctor and technician stayed couple hours after closing time to do the surgery.

Lydia is always so nice, we think she is the center piece to the practice!

We just moved to Evergreen from Virginia so this was our first time bringing in Bear and Hanley for their annual shots. It was such an easy experience in a very comfortable environment. Dr. Dimeo has such calm and kind demeanor. You can tell he loves his patients and is so knowledgeable in answering any and all questions. We are so glad to have found you guys!

The care our dogs received was excellent as always. The receptionist was busy when we came in so not rating that category. My past experience has always been that I was warmly greeted. Dr. Cee Cee and (I think) Maryellen were great with the dogs. Thank you again for your care.

The office administration process seems very mismanaged. My appointment (made online) was not in the book, the reception person could find no record of me as a client but eventually found our acccount under my wife s name ....which is the very same as mine. Despite an 11:50 appointment we did not get to see Dr. Dimeo until after 12:15. I like Dr Dimeo but the staff really needs to run a much tighter ship.

I like that I didn t feel the doctor was pushing for unnecessary tests or treatments.

So far the new doctor seems okay. It is a difficult adjustment after seeing Dr. Altman for so many years. The jury is still out. Time will tell.

I thought the people working with Ramsey were excellent. I did find that the vet I worked with brought things up (his teeth, his hips) but didn t really suggest things until I asked questions.

I appreciate how well Kili was cared for and treated. She is doing fine and I am sure will heal well. Everyone working at the clinic and day care are great to work with and always caring.

Dr.Altman is a wonderful person. Everyone in his office really cares about you and your animal. I had an emergency and they helped me through it. They cared for my puppy they knew she was my baby and treated her like the baby she is:) I highly recommend him. I love the receptionist. They care about their clients

Dr. Altman and the entire Mountain Parks staff have always been wonderful to work with. They all obviously love and care very much for animals and even Zeke loves to visit!
