This is the practice to use if you have a cat. I couldn’t be happier with the service!

Charging for sample food (no matter how small the cost) should be explained at the time of providing the food and not a surprise on the bill.

I am giving you a 5 on everything above. I cannot get the app to work to hit the stars above. Everything was great at the appointment. I was brought into a room right away to be seen. Did not have to wait in the waiting room.

I have been very happy with the way you have handled Kiki s post-surgery. I felt there was a lot of care in handling him. That said when I brought him to the clinic to have his staples removed, I had given him the pill which he mostly ate with food. I thought then that the first thing that was going to happen was the removal of the staples and making sure everything was fine, since he was the first one there. Unfortunately it didn t happen and by the time they were removing the staples 4 hours had passes which I believe that pill was maybe not effective anymore. I didn t care so much about the bath or grooming since he can live without! But the staples that s something that had to come off. As a result he was not even checked by Dr. Flynn at all. Since you ask for my comment I am going to be honest and I am very sorry that some staff got hurt in the process.

It was such a pleasure to be able to talk to the doctor face to face and have her listen to my concerns. I never felt rushed or that I was being brushed aside. Such a nice change of pace from the typical vets office!

I have 14 cats living with me. Keeping them all healthy gets very expensive. Would be nice to see a multi-cat discount or senior citizen discount or something. Other than that, I am very satisfied with my two visits there and plan to bring more kitties in as funds become available.
