I would highly recommend Dr. Chris Brockett and the hospital staff to anyone that wants top care for their pet. The staff is friendly, courteous and truly interested in making you and your pet s clinical visit a pleasant one. Dr. Brockett spends as much time with you as needed to address any questions or concerns. Any treatment, vaccinations, procedures are thoroughly explained And, most importantly, Cosette (my dog) really likes Dr. Brockett !

I went to 2 other vets because they were closer. I will never make that mistake again. I highly recommend Saratoga vet for exotics to everyone I know. The Dr was extremely knowledgeable and super helpful!

I don’t remember any explanation or discussion about the billing. Only presented the total. It would be nice to see the bill before paying. $30 for snail trim seems a little steep especially when the cat was there for other services. Maybe a bundle price? 2 or more services are discounted.

The staff is always courteous and friendly and the doctors take time to explain options to you and let you decide the treatment for your pet. I ve been visiting this clinic for over 20 years and feel confident to bring my pets here.

Waiting room and exam room are looking pretty worn. Could use some freshening up. Prices are really high. Staff and vets are amazing, which is most important

The Staff are always pleasant and helpful. The Doctor this visit and prior visits have always spent time explaining and answering questions. I ve never felt rushed in any appointment and I that is much appreciated!
