Wanting to have a new puppies dew claws removed. This is a procedure usually done at the same time of spaying but she has already been spayed. I thought the projected cost for just the dew claw removal was pretty high... may have to shop around for this procedure which I hate because I ve been really pleased with this veterinarian office so far!

Outstanding service, have always been treated with excellent service from entire staff

The experience was a very good one for both the owner and the patient. A 13 year-old cat can be cantankerous and to the staff s credit he was not and was none the worse for wear when we returned home. The suggestions regarding his future care were helpful. All in all a good appointment and my wonderful feline buddy is ready to handle the future. Thank you.

The doctor and tech gave our dog alot of attention. Our dog loved that.They were helpful and she is doing better.She also likes your treats and knows were they are kept.Thanks.

The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Nichols gives a good, thorough explanation of my cat s condition. He and all the staff are very attentive to my cat s comfort and needs. I feel very comfortable speaking with the staff and asking questions.

The nurses were great but the guy vet was not very nice an diagnosed my dog wrong. He should treat people with respect an get a personality not to mention apologize for his mistakes.

The techwoman was great. The vet is a knowledgable man but his bedside manner could use a lot of work. I am glad I have had great experiences with Dr Koetters and others there or I probably would not return. A little warmth (personality-wise) goes a long way.

I would like to thank your assistant that helped with Tucker. She was so kind and helpful during his seizure. To the lady out front I am so sorry for the mess you had to clean up. Thanks to all you made me feel like you cared I give you five stars in all categories

Dodger and I really appreciated Dr. Kelly s warm and friendly approach when working with us. We were very pleased with our visit.

I switched my dog sailor here last year. So now we are bringing my grandma s dog gypsy here. I feel much better about bringing gypsy here and she is dog aggressive and it seems like there is better procedures in place fo the safety of others and for gypsy too at Washington veterinary clinic!!! So very happy!!!

Prices are high. Dental work more expensive than humans.
