I was glad that Dr Nichols gave my cat an injection of antibiotic that would last for 2 weeks. I was scheduled to go out of town in 2 days to help a family member who was having surgery. While I was gone my son reported that my cat was doing better-I am happy that she seems to be back to normal, eating & playing tag/hide & seek with my son s cat!

I don t appreciate the constant reminders/hassling about not purchasing my flea/tick and heartworm medication through you since you are twice the price of Dr. Fosters and Smith. If you would match their price (which I have suggested) we wouldn t have this issue. I also don t like the turnover of Vets at the office. I have seen four different Vets and we have been coming there right at 4 years...

We are always greatly satisfied with the care our pets are given at WVMC. Everyone is so helpful and willing to take time to answer questions. They are great with the animals, and helpful with suggestions for preventative care. Always a pleasure to visit the clinic.

Dr. Koetters was absolutely amazing with our cat Aero. He is a very timid cat who gets very nervous and scared when we take him to the vet. She was so gentle and caring with him, he didn t even flinch when he got his vaccination and actually ended up climbing on her shoulder by the end of the visit. It was so wonderful to have him have such a good experience at the vet. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our pets, we wouldn t trust anyone else with them

I could not get the survey answer guide to work on my computer. I would have marked all 6 areas with an excellent. I am just so excited that Kai was so good on his visit. I would like the staff to wear name tags. The work environs and atmosphere are super-dooper friendly. Staff always smiling and making you comfortable. Nice to observe the gals work with anxious pet owners, putting them at ease.

Teeth cleaning seems high priced
