I always love visiting Legacy. The staff is wonderful and helpful. I feel they really care for my pet. It s always very clean. And they have met every concern I ve ever had.

I cannot thank Andy enough for her care and concern with Pete. She did such a FANTASTIC job with his lion cut!! The doctor was also very caring and took time to explain our options on how to help Pete either lose weight or at least maintain. I was surprised to see the exams took place outside of the room, wasn t sure if it was a Covid thing but I ve never had an exam appointment outside of the room. Also, we were told we would be provided estimates for dental cleanings for 2 of our pets. We didn t get them when we expected, told them on the follow up call but then still only ended up receiving the estimate for one pet. All in all the experience was good, maybe just a little more improvement on follow up with items to be sent out.

It was quite expensive for a broken toe nail. I could have looked elsewhere for service, but I felt it was urgent and I appreciate the caring staff at Legacy. However, in the future I will have to think twice about getting my pet the care they need.
