I did not have a problem with the bill but after everything was completed, it took almost 30 minutes to get the bill together and pay. When you have 3 dogs this has to get faster so you can leave with your pets and not contest the waiting room.

I wish the doctor had asked me if I had any more questions before she left, because I did and didn t get a chance to ask them (I thought she was going to come back). I am also not sure where to view my cat s blood work results when they are ready.

Dr. Mysie is wonderful. I appreciate her thorough explanations and the time she takes-never feels rushed. I was surprised by the significant cost of nail trimming that was previously done as a courtesy - especially when you are spending $800 + on a visit!

We are so happy with Dr. Myzie and how she attends to our kitties. She is gentle with them and is great with explaining procedures and suggesting possible treatments, etc. The staff are great and very personable. Our kitties don’t necessarily like visiting but at least we know it’s a lot less stressful for them. One suggestion have items in exams rooms that could ease the cat’s anxiety (small boxes they can climb into, etc)

The vet was very attentive to our dog. She also provided additional information for us. We really love the care this practice gives to our dog.
