Front office staff is always so friendly, as well as the vet techs who greet my dog by name and with love. The veterinarians are so knowledgeable - Dr. Ellie and Dr. Taylor care so much and take time to sit and talk with the owners. Truly enjoy this practice.

It was great meeting Dr. Taylor and having him help us with our pup. On our first and second visit, it wasn t immediately clear the best practice to wait for an exam room to be open and how to enter with a pup who is dog-reactive. On our most recent visit, it was a lot smoother with the person working the front desk letting us know that we could wait in the car until an exam room was open - and we were able to walk through the lobby to the exam room and didn t encounter any other doggos, which kept our dog a bit calmer. I m not sure if there s a way to avoid the interactions when it is busy, but it would be great for future visits if we had the same experience as this most recent time and were able to wait outside until we could come in and do our best to sneak past other pups if any are also waiting! :)

Everyone we interacted with was warm, compassionate and caring. I can t stress enough how much their compassion has helped during a difficult time. I am so grateful.

My only criticism was that neither the vet tech or the doctor introduced themselves so I have no idea who I saw. As a new patient, I think this was a very gross oversight.

The team was amazing, first squeezing me in for an emergency visit, next the compassion from the front desk, Vet assistant and Dr. Klimavicz was amazing. When faced with making difficult decisions, they were honest, informative and non-judgemental which allowed me to select a treatment plan that worked for my personal situation. I can t thank all of them enough.

Zero complaints. Loving, caring staff for our furry family members. Pricing was reasonable as well. Felt welcome by everyone we met.

I appreciated that someone was able to come to the car to get our dog, as I had sick kids in the car and didn t want to bring them inside. As always, everyone was so helpful. And the results of the blood work were communicated quickly. Thanks again!

We have always been treated with kindness and compassion. Dr. Myzie is so thorough in her explanations and is so very considerate of the animals she is seeing( even the ones who have choice words for her). We are grateful for having a clinic that “cares” for the well-being of our furry family members.

I think the prices are a little high for some of us

My dog, Avery, is always nervous about going to the vet. This was the first time in 7 years that he was wagging his tail and giving kisses. The vet and tech took time to play with him and get him comfortable. They were both fantastic!! Thank you!

The doctor was extremely helpful and informative, and everyone was great with my puppy!
