I love you guys, but this should have been a simple refill of a prescription instead of costing me another $200+ because you insisted that I had to come in, despite this being the very same issue from a couple of months earlier. Have to say that I was very frustrated by that...it didn t feel like concern for my pet, it felt like a money grab...and I m not used to that from your fine organization. Kinda sad about it.

I only came in for a tech appt to have blood drawn. However, I had to wait 45 minutes once in a room. I ve never had to wait that long, ever, and I ve had a lot of dogs and been going there for many years. I realize it was a holiday weekend, but if it s going to take that long, I would appreciate someone telling me so.

excellent care and staff, I will continue to bring both of my dogs to LVC even though I live pretty far away. Keep it up LVC.

I called for a same day appointment and was readily accommodated. The waiting time is never long and everyone is always very helpful and friendly. You have a great veterinary practice!

There s 2 veterinary clinics closer to my house, but it doesn t matter. LVC takes such great care of Dakota. Thank you LVC; staff and doctors!

Love this place, Dr Rogers is amazing.

Everyone we encountered was kind and helpful . Our experience could not have been better. I am very grateful Bella has Longwood Veterinary Clinic. I believe she receives the best possible medical care.

I would not bring my pet to this place if I was not absolutely confident they would take excellent care of her. We have had several pets we were pleased to bring to this facility over the past 25+ years. We started bringing our pets here when Dr Walton was the vet. It was great service then and has only gotten better with time.

I am very satisfied with Dr. Marble dedication to check up on my dogs continuous progress. She was great with my baby and I will definitely recommend her to anyone. The office is great as well with friendly staff but I m mostly thankful for the attention Dr. Marble provides.

I love this office. Great positive people, explains everything and also has it down on paper. A week after I received a gift box in the mail. Its really great to see people who actually love what they do and who actually CARE.

Everyone there was so helpful and caring. I felt like they truly cared about taking care of Benji while understanding I am on a budget. I never felt rushed or had to wait for long periods of time and all my questions were thoroughly answered. Have to say my favorite part though was the little care gift box that came in the mail today! That was just the sweetest thought that tickled me after a rough day at work. I will definitely be recommending this office to all my friends and family and be returning to this office for any of Benji s vets needs. Thank you for everything!

Dr Rogers takes the time to listen to your concerns regarding your pet. He is very attentive to my pets needs. The attention and friendliness from him and the staff will have us rebooking with LVC.
