It was a wonderful visit for my skittish elderly cat. She was very relaxed and comfortable I clicked Excellent for the four question...not sure it recorded.

The staff is so great with our anxious dog, spending extra time and making sure we space things out to make things as calming as possible for him.

these girls are always so pleasant to bo and I , they take the time w/bo him being so skiddish .. but he has really gotten better there... thank you

All staff were extremely supportive to help this mom out with puppy questions, so very appreciated ??you all do a great job in addressing my questions and thinking of questions I forgot to ask ??

Everyone was so nice and helpful. I really appreciate the follow up calls we received to check to see how our dog was doing after surgery.

Followup call was as explained and showed the proper care and concern abut the dental operation and/or affects to my cat.

Dr. Brooks and the staff at Glen Lake are so helpful and friendly and really take the time to explain everything and answer questions. It is nice to not feel rushed and to have all possible information up front.

She was able to explain things in very plane langue that put us at ease with her and the doctors expertise in the field.
