I felt that the annual checkup was not as complete as in previous years. Dr did not check the eyes of my dog . I think the visit was a little more stressful than usually.

Everything went fine although billing wasn’t discussed until check out. A bit pricey to be honest but we do appreciate they took time to accommodate seeing my other dog Reggie for the nail trim and gland expression. Thanks again. Staff was very nice

Very pleased with the office staff and the Dr. Very caring and professional.

Had [2] appointments for (2) dogs, 10:30AM & 10:50AM. Called on arrival, sat in parking lot for almost one hour until someone came out at 11:25AM. I called prior to arriving, spoke to Liz who advised that Doctor was running a few minutes behind time , which is understandable...but almost one hour is more than a few minutes with no communication as to why.

I appreciate the care and patience your people gave to an old man and his young nine month old Yorkie puppy.
