The young man,Justin,does the best job cutting my pups nails..

The staff member gave my dog her second influenza vaccine & almost all of it ended up on the table. Therefore, my dog didn’t get it. When I said something about it, the staff member quickly wiped it all up & told me “it’s fine, that’s why we put extra in the syringe”… I know this is completely false & instead of admitting the mistake and giving my dog what she needs, it was brushed off

I had to call several times in order to get my dogs medication to be called into the pharmacy. The last gentleman at the front desk that I talk to. You was extremely rude to me and unhelpful the explanation that I got after telling everyone that I came in contact with that my dog was soon to be out of her medication was when they called. The pharmacy didn’t pick up the phone so they didn’t calling her script. She has been on Fina barbital for 12 years as I’m sure you’re aware she cannot go without this medication. I got her in promptly to get her blood work done as requested by the office then still had to call several times to make sure that the script was going to be called in all with me and treated very rudely

Dr Molly Maynard was the best!!! Kind, compassionate and explained possible diagnosis giving me treatment options. Told her I have a medical background so treated me as such.

My dogs ears were supposed to be flushed because she’s been shaking her head a bit. The lady said my dog wasn’t happy about it and couldn’t do it. Was a bit disappointing to hear that. If I can’t do it myself and it’s a service you provide it should’ve got done.

Brilliant service and care

The staff and doctor were very friendly and professional. They really care about the their customers and especially about their pets.

Dr Manard is amazing!! She has been instrumental in helping us through a difficult transition as our 10 year old beloved bulldog struggles with heart failure. She is very kind and our dog loves her too!

I was seen for a sensor application for the second day, a sensor had been applied the previous day. When I asked why the fee was 32 the first day and 90 the second day, I was told by the tech I was incorrectly charged and I just got lucky.I found this very inappropriate, as she smirked and turned away from me. I was Un for a second sensor to be applied also as the first one was not applied with glue and so it came off, then I m charged triple; not really happy with the visit.
