The online pharmacy is expensive, and I still have not received the medications I ordered 5 days ago… Chewy has been a much better option for cost and speed of delivery in the past.

Deep clean the tile floors. The smell of urine is overwhelming. Everything else is great!

Great care

Having been to many other vet hospitals with foxtail emergencies we were pleasantly stunned to be able to be seen so quickly and be helped so much. I don t mean this disparagingly against other practices that are overwhelmed, it s just that I feel like I have so often been in battle mode to have my pet helped quickly. I ve worked as veterinary technical support staff in some capacity from small clinics to diagnostic laboratory work at UCD s Vet school, and this is the single best experience I ve ever had so I really can t thank you enough for helping my farm dog with yet another foxtail ( tis the season). Her corneal cut resolved perfectly and she will be out going after critters (and getting more foxtails) in no time. I m so appreciative!

I felt as though the staff was listening to us and our concerns as well as thoroughly explaining what they were looking for, what they wanted to do and why.

Great service. We will definitely come back. In the future, I’d like to interact with the vet. I only interacted with the vet techs. Granted we were there for a porcupine quill removal visit, however, it’s nice to know who the vet is operating on my dog. Cheers!

I tried to mark 5 stars for all of the questions, but I am nit having any luck. Everything was wonderful. Easy to make and get appointments. No wait. Staff friendly and professional and always give you all the time you need. Really appreciate follow up call after procedure. This place is wonderful! Thank you!! Only complaint is survey, hard to click on yellow stars :)
