Friendly staff & great energy! Excellent practice

I m happy to provide feedback - it makes us all better. I ve had several appointments over the last month dealing with Blue s injured paw. Kudos to Dr. Emily for making us feel the most cared for. I really appreciate her. Kudos to Dr. Sjolin for some skillful stitches. I probably irritated Dr. Sjolin with my assertiveness at my last visit (11-28), but at the previous visit (11-18), I walked out confused and with bad information from the tech(?) - hadn t seen her before that day and she didn t introduce herself so I can t say who it was. I was quite confused and uncertain as she handed me my dog, with no bandage, and told me he no longer needed a bandage or boot unless he was outside. That made no sense to me; I asked her to repeat it, and she did. Then I asked for at least a wrap to be put on him to get him through the parking lot to my car. I m not convinced Blue even saw a vet that day; I didn t, and I should have been more assertive at that time. I let him go unwrapped at home that evening, even though it felt wrong, and of course, his injury got worse. So I went back to doing what I had been doing before the appointment. Only just in the last couple of days has he been ok to go without protection. I know there are vet appointments and tech appointments, but when it s a vet appointment, I really want to see the actual vet. I won t let myself walk out with that level of uncertainty in future.

I tried to give you 5 stars, but it wouldn’t take it. You deserve 5 stars! I appreciate that you got Elsa from my car because I had hip surgery and it would’ve been painful to bring her in…thank you for your consideration.

The practice is always clean and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The veterinary doctors work long hours and are dedicated to our pets and always find the time to follow up and explain any concerns and recommended healthcare plans. Trusted practice.

I arrived to my appointment a little early and waited in the waiting area. The front office staff were helpful and answered a question I had about teeth cleaning for my dog (Maggie). When I was taken back to the patient room the vet tech took my pets vitals and said the veterinarian would be right with me. I sat in the patient room for 40 minutes without being seen. I waited patiently during this time, but eventually had to go. I honestly feel like I was forgotten. When we left the room we stopped by the front desk and the staff member behind the counter asked how our visit went. It was obvious she believed that we had been seen. When I informed her that we had not been seen she apologized profusely and asked if we could reschedule, but I declined at the time. I completely understand that oftentimes offices can run behind, but I was given no notice nor was I checked on during that time. 40 minutes is a long time to wait for a provider, especially with a nervous animal. I find this to be very unprofessional and unacceptable to not even be given a notice that the veterinarian was running behind (if that is even the case). We visit your facility because of it’s convenient location, but my wife and I are definitely considering finding another veterinarian, even if we have to look off the hill. I would like to emphasize that the front office staff and vet tech were very kind and helpful. But the lack of follow up and being forgotten have definitely left us unsatisfied.

Great facility, staff and service. Price was fair and our pup made some new friends. People who love their job and it shows.

I absolutely love the staff that works here & they took really good care of me two kittens when they got spayed. When I picked them up they explained the after care to me and they were so sweet. I would love to work with this staff that’s how much I love them. They really are about your animals it shows from the mlmwnwt toy walk in the building.

1) Didn t see any pickup poop bags or garbage cans outside should dog poop. 2) Think charge for blood/urine collection should be included in cost of blood test as it is at LabCorp.

Great service as usual. The only veterinary practice I trust with my soggy. Everyone is helpful and goes out of their way for us, great receptionists, vet nurses and vets. Thank you! See you next month

Been going to Alpine since the mid 80 s. Just brought my newest Lab puppy in. Great people all around. Boyo seemed to enjoy the meet and greet too.
