3 stars for construction. in the past the office is very clean.

All staff are caring and professional. Dr. Varney is knowledgeable, approachable, and engaged with our puppy. She is the best vet we ve seen in Oregon.

I would like to be able to come in with my pet during her appointment. I feel I would have not only been able to offer her comfort, but been better able to explain my concerns with her health and behavior. It s time to go back to in office visits for the people as well.

It would be nice to go into the office with my pet! And if it an in-office appointment Is not available the person should remind us that we still have to call in to check-in when we make an appointment and with a reminder call.

The initial wait for an appt was really long - but so glad they got us in due to a cancellation. The office is still closed due to construction is the only reason for the lower score.

Friendly staff. Doctor came out to discuss. Streamlined operations and very professional by everyone.

I never got to go inside so I have no idea how clean it was. Parking was tricky too. Love the veterinarian and staff though.

I really enjoyed my conversation with Andrea the relief vet. She helped me trouble-shoot a problem with my bully-cat.

I m not sure I filled this out correctly. I was disappointed that I could not see the facility or see my pet s exam. Also I really have no diagnosis or cause of his difficulty. I was very pleased with the attention doctor Varney gave my pet and myself. Thank you

Unable to see office facilities so can not comment on #6

We are new to the practice and due to remodeling have not been able to come inside, so I can t comment to the cleanliness of the facility. I look forward to being present with the doctor and my pet in the same room some day.

I dont really understand the how to work the rating stars.All was great except I would like to be able to go in with my pet would be happy to mask up..gives a bit more time with vet.Hopefully the remodel will be done soon.

Princess made a visit to get her nails clipped. My soon took her in. I was a little disappointed when I looked at them and noticed that one was not cut. It is curling under her paw. I am unable to bring her my self because I am disabled. A suggestion I have is for others a follow up making a follow up call or a note to send home to let us know how the visit went and results.
