My first visit to Richview Animal Hospital and I had a good experience. The staff was amazing and the vet took her time to answer all my questions. I have already booked my next visit and would definitely recommend them to anyone that asks. ??

Yesterday I visited the clinic for the first time and I was extremely impressed with all of the staff I spoke to - they were all knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. Dr. Portch is a superstar. She s very thorough, extremely knowledgeable and very compassionate. She seems like she truly cares about the animals. I love this clinic and I haven t even set foot inside due to the covid-19 restrictions!

Very friendly staff. All staff are ready to answer questions, are courteous, professional and patient with inquiries. Vet Techs are ready to assist over the telephone to answer urgent questions and assistants are so helpful. The Vets are great, provide sound advice and cost of appointments are very reasonable. Great experience always.

My dog threw up blood and I couldn’t get into an emergency vet or even my own vet until late that day- richview animal hospital was willing and able to fit me in about an hour from the time I called. They were very kind and informative about my dog. I’m glad I was able to bring her there and I plan to switch in the near future as well ?? thanks again!

Always great service and attention to our pets. The staff are kind, gentle, professional and very knowledgeable. We are grateful to have our puppy in the care of Richview Animal Hospital.

I chose NA for the office facilities question because we stayed in the car. However I would say that the staff came out to our car to pick up and return Cree - our cat. That was very nice. Everyone we talked to was really nice and helpful. Thank you.
