Everyone who attended to my dog and I, did great considering my dogs age and slightly fragile state. On our first visit we had -a lot- of talking to do in order to get all caught up on Shadows history, in/which the vet had no problem with and took her time to understand everything fully. All staff were excellent, well mannered and professional, and I could not have asked for anything better for my dog.

Brought in my puppy for his first vet visit and I was super satisfied with the service and attention. Technician took the time to even show me how to trim nails and went through all the vaccines and scheduling. Was also very helpful in explaining my bill. Facility is super clean! The doctor was also amazing in going through everything with me and puppy didn’t even notice his vaccines ! All around, an amazing first visit starting from the front desk to the last minute inside the clinic! Thank you Richview Staff!
