I just would add that the staff were great in the way they treated Floki and myself. I would give them 10 stars for all five questions.

I liked seeing Sophie s name on the board to welcome her on arrival.

My first 2 visits here with my puppy has been amazing! The vet and staff are so helpfull, loving and caring, taking the time to answer all my questions about my new puppy.

Values didn t seem to work on the rarting chart but everything was rated EXCELLENT - 5 STAR! Thanks from Violet and Sally and Brien!

The vet came out to see us after 1.5hrs after the scheduled time. Our dog was anxious waiting for long. When we asked if we will wait long, if so, would it be OK we took the dog for walk around, we were refused. The Dr. And assistant were nice through.

The staff and the Dr’s are exceptional and very caring. I trust my baby with Richview staff. Thank you

Very helpful and professional consultation. Dr Portch/Claudia expressed expertise and kindness tending to our dog’s needs. She spend about an hour with us and gave us helpful orientations. I am very satisfied with the attention and insights we received. Thank you.

I really appreciated the time Dr. Sailor took with us and Mowgli. She was gentle and kind with Mowgli and was very open and thorough about the treatment options and very patient answering our questions.

The people were very nice and friendly. The technician that clipped her nails was awesome. They’re conveniently located and this is where my lil cat will receive whatever medical treatments she needs or requires, and and I feel confident I made a good choice for my cat.

What a wonderful experience today! We can’t say enough about Richview Animal Hospital. The staff was just amazing. Friendly and welcoming to our very stressed dog. The Dr. spent so much time explaining care plan options for our dog Honey. It’s the first time I’ve left an Veterinarian feeling informed and hopeful with a care plan we can manage. She actually loved the food recommendation as well. It’s the first time ever she’s eaten a kibble straight out of the bag! Thank you so much for seeing us so quickly. Honey and I look forward to working with you all !

You all were amazing to Sophie during all of her recents tests and her surgery today. I was so happy to hear she made so many new friends and got so much love while I couldn’t comfort her.
