Would prefer the tech come in room and do their test and not receptionist take pet in the back. This way all being done is while in room with family unless asked if family prefer it be done in back. I really do not like so much being done out of my sight. This is my family member and I would like to see how they are handled and treated at all times. Thank you

I recognize that you are in business to make a profit, and medications are a big part of that, however I would have greatly appreciated the opportunity to purchase my medications from WalMart. When I called in to request the medications that I knew would be required I was told that my pets would have to be seen by the Dr before anything could be called in to WM. I consented to the visit, and was handed meds without being given another option. This will definitely weigh on my decisions to visit in the future.

I brought my dog to Collinsville Vet Hospital for the first time the other day. I was so impressed with the entire staff and absolutely appreciated the doctor spending the extra time with me explaining everything. Before I left, I made an appointment for one of my other dogs. I have finally found a wonderful doctor for my 4 dogs.

Did wonderful on removing Prissy s stitches and trimmed her toenails for free. I made what I thought was an appt to get her and Angel groomed, however I did not know that they would keep them for 8 hours! I have had all my babies groomed for over 20 years and have never not had an appt time just for them! I will not be getting mine groomed there or anywhere else that does not set a time just for mine! The groom was done well though!

I have boarded my dogs twice and this last time I picked them up they both were covered in urine and smelled very badly- for what I pay for the boarding my dogs should have never left in this condition.
