This is hard to state, but want to be truthful. I feel with your growth, you have lost some of your mission statement family values. It does not always feel like Family as much as it use to. Also, I am glad that I have a choice on which vet I can see, because on a recent visit, I met by Dr. W with my pet, and I must say that it was not a pleasant visit with her for me. I left in tears, and she made me feel like I was a dumb dog owner. I do not ever want to have to see here again. If it weren t for Brenda calming me down, I would have walked out there door & never gone back.

I boarded my dog at your facility. She had only been boarded 2 other times in her 10 years of life. I would have felt much better had I known where she was being caged and that she had her bed with her in her cage . The next time I am in OK, I would appreciate very much and feel better about leaving her after a tour of your facility. Thank you.

WE ALWAYS FEEL WELL INFORMED ABOUT OUR PETS ISSUES and well being. WE ALSO APPRECIATE THE TEXTS & Phone reminders about up coming appointments. Thank you for the great care and concern that is provided. And the groomers are great and take time to check out our pets for health issues they may come across. One stop shop for our fur babies! Thank you for the care & concern for our pets.

My dog had surgery. Dr. Liston spoke with me at length and explained everything in terms I could understand. He was thorough yet compassionate. He called me several times throughout the procedure and I believe he would have spent as much time as necessary speaking with me. Thanks guys, you do a great job!

It was nice to meet a newer vet to your facility; Dr. Liston. He was lovely and very kind to my dog and to me. He also explained a trait of my dogs that I hadn t heard before... it was great.

We love bring Pistol to visit and get his hair cut! Jessica is by far the best groomer he has had. I recommend you guys all the time. Thank you for creating such a comfortable environment for us to visit with our sweet baby :)

We have looked for the last 6 months for a new place to take our babies. We raise Boston Terrier and Boxers and finally are comfortable with taking all of our dogs here.
