Love the new building. Only complaint is the bench in the exam room. It creaked terribly while sitting on it and thought it may break.

I brought Sophie in Monday around 3:30 p.m. due to swelling from horrible teeth issues because I hadn t been able to afford dental care. Dr. Frantz was able to fit her in to diagnose her & then made an opening to fit her in the next morning for surgery. She explained everything where I could understand and did the surgery the next day. I received a text picture of my baby in her kennel recovering but awake! That was such a relief to see!! I d never had to have her put under for anything & she s getting older so I was very concerned. Your entire team is awesome from check in to grooming to surgery to checkout! Thank you for providing such awesome service and always putting me at ease about the care of my fur baby!!! I will definitely refer you to others!! Thank you again!!!
