Everyone is friendly and does a very good job!

I witnessed Dr. Waibel lose her patience with a staff member when the staff member attempted to bring a piece of equipment Dr. W needed into the room and accidentally brought the wrong item. Dr. Waibel slammed down another piece of equipment down on the counter and said to the staff member in a very stern (demeaning) tone that she had the wrong item. Her facial expression was very angry and frustrated. I couldn t help but wonder--if she did that in front of a patient, how does she treat staff when customers aren t around? On another note, I have always appreciated Jim s presence when I ve been in the clinic with one of my cats. Jim is ALWAYS friendly, kind, and gentle. He greets me by name and, at my most recent visit when I became emotional over the health concerns of my cat, he offered me a box of tissues and was very kind and supportive to me. I also really appreciate Ash. She is always friendly and helpful when I call in. Jim and Ash are two staff members I hope to interact with whenever I call or come in. They re wonderful!

Billing is not good. My appointment was over and I asked for my bill they said just go on. Later in the day I get a phone call stating what I owed and to come in and pay it. We have been long tome clients and this has never happened before. May be someone was in training. My neighbor was with me and can verify this incident.

The front desk girl s were awesome BUT Dr had NO RESPECT DIDN T EVEN SAY HI INERDUCE HERSELF acted like she did want to be his vet!! Never will be back!! Wait till Lisa knows this

Ash was amazing in helping to facilitate a reduced fee for my rescue’s spay procedure. Jim was amazing at aiding my husband at drop off when Hazel was having a hard time calming down. All vets that I communicated with were amazing at explaining what would be done and then how the procedure went. The entire staff is worth their weight in gold, plus more.

The staff here is absolutely amazing.

Great experience, even though I think that the shot my pups received may have been a duplicate of what they had already been given.

I love you guys, I just wish your prices were a little lower but I know supplies are expensive and I do appreciate being able to use the rebates ??
