Veterinarian cannot figure out what is wrong with my dog. Nothing has helped, including this last visit. You referred me to a specialist and that didn t help either. Now I m referred to a vet neurologtist and am spending thousands of dollars.

I enjoyed my visit to the vet. Staff were friendly and I didn t have to wait long. I even got a couple of free services for my cat so I was super excited. We will definitely be returning in the future for all of my cat needs.

So glad we took our Carly girl here. She was very well taken care of. We switched from a different vet because they didn’t take the time to really check her out and listen to our concerns. We will be transferring our 2 other fur babies to your clinic.

My cat is old and would really have liked to go into the office with him. I have had my covid shots. I can understand waiting outside but we should be able to go in with our pets especially with having the shot and wearing a mask. Time to progress to the next step.

Everyone at this office is great, Dr Farrell was wonderful and very caring and clear in explaining what is going on with my dog. I will always continue going back and will definitely recommend!

This curbside procedure has run its course. I spent $420 to sit in my hot car and exchange phone calls rather than have a chance to really talk to vet The appointment could have run on time without all the other Also if you make curbside you also need working wifi

I hope we will be able to come in with our pets again soon. Although I had to wait in the car, I felt comfortable in knowing that the staff would take good care of my kitty. I appreciated the phone call from Dr Farrell letting me know about the visit and how Sophie did,

When you sent out the email to schedule my appointment and I sent the email back for the appointment I was then directed to call in to officially set the appointment. A bit strange when the email stated to send the email.. other than that the welcome package with treats and tennis ball was really sweet and the girls were all friendly and good with the pup.

Everything was good until I realized I had been given and just put topical medicine in my puppies eyes! I was very concerned. He is ok but dang, this could have been catastrophic.

I just want to thank the enterer staff for working with Frosty. I know he is a handful. I am grateful for all you do to keep in healthy.

I was very pleased how professional and friendly everyone was I was very impressed with the staff and more with the doctor she kept me informed with my dog procedure and everything that she was going to be doing and explained it so that I can understand I will be bringing my dog back to her I am very happy and pleased thanks again for taking care of my dog Briggs he s my family and you took care of him like he was your family

I miss being able to talk to the doctor and ask questions during my pets exam. Hopefully once co-vid dies down we all can get back to normal.

As usual, everything was great, despite these trying times. Everyone makes you feel that their “ babies” are in good hands.

The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. When they couldn t they made sure to ask and get back to us! Wonderful service overall.

When my fiancee and I moved to Schererville in the summer of 2019, we knew we d just re-upped our two cats on all their shots and exams so they d be good for a while. However, when the time came in 2021 to get them checked out again, I found Dyer Animal Clinic and couldn t be happier with them. Everyone who you speak with is so kind, patient and informative, and they have taken great care (both normal and proactive) for the sake of our cat-kids. Love DAC! Highly recommend to anyone remotely in the area with pet family.

I understand with COVID it was a difficult time. However, I felt like I didn t get the normal interaction with the vet over the phone than when I do for an in-person appointment. I felt rushed and didn t feel like I could ask questions. If you don t get to see a doctor and interact, I don t think you should charge a full rate. I think the doctors are great and I love your facility, I just wish I could attend the appointment with my pet.

Was quite taken how prompt and courteous staff were caring for Murphy and his ear infections.

Dr Molly has been very knowledgeable on treating my bulldogs. Biff would not be able to walk and do what he can if it wasn’t for her. We have gotten more quality time with him because of her changing his medication and boosting up some dosages. We can’t thank you enough!
