You are an all star team at Dyer Animal Clinic! It’s always nice taking my doggies in for their care and health maintenance.

Because I couldn’t go in for the wellness visit, there were many questions I forgot to ask. Waiting in car until room available where, parent and pet can go in together would be preferred.

I was promised a call from Dr. Farrell, but none came

Very happy with visit and communication with both Dr. Radencic and the staff.

The staff is simply amazing and accommodating. I feel they truly care about the well being of my pets and they always treat my older pets gently. They are always quick to respond to any requests and get my sick pets in ASAP. I am so pleased to have found this clinic.

I would like it better to be in person with my dogs when they see the vet.

Great job. My only complaint is I talked with 3 different people about trainer recommendations...1 person when I made the appt...1 person when she came out to pick up my dog...lastly Dr. Hubbert. All 3 said yes they can give recommendations & would provide the names when we picked our dog up. I did speak with Dr. Hubbert & she gave me names but I didn t commit to memory because she said she would include with paperwork but no information was provided. It was a busy day at the clinic so I will just call to get the information when we re ready for training.

Always see Dr Farrell. But this Dr seemed very nice. Because of covid it s curbside and I had to wait in my car. The Dr called from a phone in the room to talk to me. I loved this. Thank you all for your compassion and care. You guys are truly the best.

I can’t say how clean facilities were because everything was curbside.

I vote excellent on all but seeing the office. Because of COVID exchange took place outside. Hope sometime to meet Dr. Farrell when things get better. The attendant was very nice and answered some of my questions.

I want to preface this by saying that it s worth the wait. Never, at any time, do I feel rushed through an appointment. Whether in person or on the phone, Dr. Farrell always takes the time to thoroughly explain things in terms I can understand. Veterinarians are stretched thin but you d never know that you re not the only patient Dr. Farrell is dealing with. This, in addition to her veterinary expertise, is invaluable to me.

Will NOT give my kitty to a stranger to do God knows what behind tinted glass. NO MATTER THE JUSTIFICATION or expertise. UNACCEPTABLE. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

My poor fur baby Marley is being treated currently and EVERYONE has been great. They were able to see her quickly and on the same day, which was truly appreciated because she has been so sick. Thank you so very much!

Just a comment: I couldn’t really tell that the office facilities were clean because we couldn’t go in the building because of COVID restrictions which I totally understand. But I’ve been there many times with my dog in the past and everything and everyone was very very clean. I am so looking forward to the day that we can go in again with our pets. That being said, I truly feel comfortable with every single employee of the Dyer Animal Hospital and trust them all with my furbaby! They treat her like family ??

Waiting time at times is excessive. If the clinic is backed up it would be good to just know in advance so I can reachedulr so I’m not waiting for 40 minutes. Many times when I come for routine laser treatments I’m stepping away from my job and cannot be away for a long period of time. Everyone is always kind and gives good recommendations, but I feel like with everything done via phone it’s much more rushed than in the past.

Due to Covid restrictions, I was unable to go inside but I ve no doubt that the office is clean.. The vet and office staff were very nice and I m planning to make this the place I ll bring my new puppy to for veterinary care

Some of the staff were nice, however, I saw a few different people, no one explained who they were or allowed any time for questions. They appeared to be overbooked and very rushed. I understand the curbside service due to the ongoing pandemic, but as a first time patient w a brand new puppy, time definitely should be allotted for any questions and concerns. Also, I know they had trouble reaching me over the phone, but I offered to call in myself so they didn’t have to stand by my door in the cold. They said it wasn’t necessary yet still rushed me. When it came to payment, they were definitely ready to charge with no explanation. When I scheduled my appointment I was told the exam would be $59.00 but I was billed 90 something dollars, again, with no explanation. I left with medication and no instructions on when to give medicine. I had to call in when I got home to ask how to administer. Honestly, I could not believe this is the service provided to first time patients with brand new puppies. I really hope you take my feedback into consideration when tending to new patients in the future.
