The night before my appt , I was contacted by Linda. She was as caring and compassionate as anyone I ve ever know . She truly cares. My cat Spice is hanging in there, I m not sure how long,but I m Thankful for the time I have left with her. When possible , please email the invoice / receipt from my last visit.

Some prices seem really high. 4DX is $70 with you guys and $45 at north central veterinary. Fluorescein stain $39 and $24 at medvet. Tear production test around $69 with you guys and $39 at medvet. Why such a price difference for the same exact tests? Staff take their time to speak but had been difficult to get recommendations and opinion from the doctors. I felt like I had to follow up a lot and ask a lot of questions to get direction, but eventually got what I was looking for. Would be nice if they were more consultative and discussed ideas/long term care without me having to push to get there. I understand it’s probably been hectic with having less staff during the virus and with a lot of discussion occurring by phone, but just wanted to be candid. Example, dog has eye ulcer, I say, well he’s not really around anything that he could hurt himself like that could it be like an endocrine or other issue? Doctor: yes it could be. Me: ok so what do I do if it comes back, apply the ointment and bring him in? Doctor: yes. What I would’ve expected. Dr: is he around anything where he could injure the eye like this. Me: no. Dr. Ok so it could be some other underlying issue causing this that we want to continually watch out for. If you notice symptoms coming back such as x,y,z apply the ointment and call us to come in to have it checked right away. Anyway, turns out per ophthalmologist his eyelids don’t close all of the way which causes the eyelid not to keep the entire lubricated.

My mother brought my dog in and at the time all Verizon users were not able to make any phone calls so she was not able to call from the lot. She, masked and gloves, walked in and was treated rudely because she was not following instructions but could not due to cellphone service. After waiting in the lot almost an hour, they came to get my dog and asked her if she then wanted to come in. Also, my dog has a stitch in his leg from his previous surgery and she was told that they couldn t remove it because the knot was under the skin and that it will dissolve which it will not because they are not dissolvable. Otherwise I highly recommend this clinic and the doctors. Always come here with all our pets.

Kim is just fabulous. Attention to detail, follows proper healing protocols where it is EFFECTIVE for my cat. Laser Class IV is a wonderful modality that has allows my fur baby to be not only more agile, she’s out of extreme pain. Kim knows precisely all the sweet spots, direct and indirectly, to reduce inflammation, better blood circulation for nutrients and oxygen needed for bones and ligaments. No doubt Kim’s expertise and in how she administers has kept our little girl happier and healthier. Prior to receiving laser treatments, the pain was intense, stiff in mobility and restless due to extreme discomfort. Laser provided a wonderful 180 improvement. (My cat is 10 years, double hip dysplasia)

Dr Farrel what can I say except she is the best I love her. Always a great experience. A true lover of animals. I hope she is my vet forever. Thanks Dr farrel.

The staff was friendly and the doctor and her assistant were patient with us. Dr. Farrell explained everything she did and why. It was a good visit!

The medical staff was great, the administrative staff is hit or miss, some good, some not. Some of the phone staff needs to pick up their politeness.

The cost of care has more than doubled since we transferred to DAC. Any discounts (for older “senior” dogs) or generic brand pricing would be greatly appreciated. One of the main factors in transferring to Dyer Animal Clinic was the difference in cost. We Staff remains kind and caring??

I appreciate entire staff. My dog is a handful. The doctors and staff are very patient with him. They always take great care of me and the needs of my dog.

I was really impressed with the staff! They did everything to assure we had a safe visit. Everyone in masks and the way they came out to your car was great! Thank you for putting in the extra time to do this for your patients ! Since we are all wearing a mask and know how hot and uncomfortable they can be, just for a short time, I know that can’t be easy wearing the mask all day!
