In the cat waiting area, you need to pull the chairs out away from the wall and clean behind them. I saw spider webs, a stink bug and trash behind them.

I really was impressed with everyone. Everyone was super nice, let me know everything they was doing step by step. Along with the nice friendly encounter with my kitty. Compared to Noahs Ark the friendliness, prompt help, and the way you have the shots was very impressive. We had taken Lilly to Noahs Ark last month when she was sick and they was definitely more rough with Lilly. They even brought my daughter to tears when they gave her a antibiotic shot.

I was greatly pleased with the treatment and advice my best friend Boaz received in our visit. I also appreciate the senior discount applied to the charges. I ll certainly return to your practice when the need arises.

The vet for this visit was different than usual. She didn t introduce herself when entering the room. She was late due to another pet needing an eye exam. The tech told me she would be a few minutes which is great. It was about 20min or more. I don t mind waiting as because the same extended to us. service is usually stellar and this vet whose name I still don t know was not what I am used to. I am in the medical field so I am aware of the procedures of offices and care as well as the terminology related to medical exams and procedures the explanations were kind of tlaking down as if I didn t unerstand the importance of care. Thank you
