I was at ease having my pet being examine by the staff and Dr. Lloyd. You took time to put my dog at eased and feel loved. Very patient. He became at ease being at a strange place. He is a very skittish dog always on alert of what is going on. Thank you. When I left there I felt so much better knowing he received an all over exam and shots.

The Hebron Animal Hospital is the best. The staff goes above and beyond. I used to be scared to bring my fur babies to the vet and now I wouldn t trust them with anyone else.

Please maintain the quality of service but seek customer incentives for frequently visiting customers.

At this appointment I only had one issue that I was concerned about. The doctor asked me if I had any concerns with my pet and I had told her that I was seeing some ear issues. she looked in there and took a swab of the ears. I didn t think anything about it but then I went to pay the bill. it was an extra $40. I would ve liked to known up front of the additional expense. This is the first time that has ever happened to me here. I am very disappointed in myself and have learned a lesson. My trust and confidence has been changed.

Dr. Greenfield (sp?) Was very thiorogh with the visit and answering our questions. We would recommend him to other cat owners. Cassie gave him 4 paws up. You may use our name as a reference.

The front desk staff is always nice! I saw Dr. Hale this time and he was super nice, very caring, and took time to answer questions and explain things to me. My dog Klara loves everyone there.

Dr. Greenfield always takes great care of our dogs. I would not trust anyone else with my pets.

It would be very helpful if you could provide online access to our pet s records, much in the same way the hospitals are doing now. Added online features like leaving messages directly for our primary vet or the front desk would also be helpful. Thanks!
