Dr Hale is the best. We brought in our new puppy for her first exam and after the exam Dr Hale had to love on her for a few minutes. We have been coming to Hebron Animal Hospital for 19 years and would never think of going anywhere else.

We both felt the Dr. Layman talked down to us and rolled her eyes and acted annoyed when we tried to offer further information about my dog or ask questions. I m tempted to find a new practice, and I may do so. If not, I will be certain to never see Dr. Layman again. This will definitely be our first and only experience with her.

I called in an emergency and was able to be seen in 20 minutes. Thank you again!

The whole staff understands that our dog is a part of our family. He is not easy to manage, but they did extremely well.

Not sure how long we ve been coming there, but I really like/enjoy my visits. Employees are good to work with, always very friendly, very thoughtful, just a good deal. I ve discovered that I get along with & trust Dr Loyd, always make sure he s the vet to see our dogs. Thanks to all for helping

The billing process was not explained but I didn t think I needed an explanation. I was told what I owed and paid. If there is a process, it should definitely be explained at the first visit?

This was the first time that we had seen this vet even though we have been life long clients. She was amazing, great with hope, went the extra mile, wonderful addition!

I love everyone at Hebron Animal Hospital, from a phone call to an actual appointment everyone is wonderful and beyond helpful.

I was told $12.50 over the phone for a nail trim but was charged $15.oo when I checked out?

I have had the pleasure of knowing Dr. Hale for many years and have to say that he is the most kind compassionate man that treated several of our dogs in the past!

I called and was able to get my cat in that night . The staff is very kind .The office always smells clean . I have used herbron 25 years,even now that I live in Harrison Oh. Good care and good hours are hard to find .
