The care on my recent visit was exceptional.

I continue to be impressed with that staff at Hebron Animal Hospital. The individuals here are so good to the patients. While I’ve loved this group from day 1, the fear free principals recently adopted have been game changing. The level of concern and effort the team puts in to ensure not one animal is afraid is more than appreciated. I can’t thank the team enough!

We love Dr. Lloyd and ALL of the staff, everyone is absolutely amazing and so caring. They know our dogs and our story and have helped our family in ways we will always appreciate!

Our cat was taken in two months ago, had an X-ray and we were told there was gunk in his bladder so they prescribed antibiotics and pain medication. Two months later with the same issue in his bladder, went back because he was blocked and charged over 600 just to put a catheter in. Two days later he’s still having the same issues. I feel like they only put a temporary bandaid on the problem when for the amount of money we spent, it should have been fixed. My father had a bad experience as well with his dog a few years ago and it ended up dying after he had spent over a thousand dollars. We always had gone to Fort Thomas Animal Hospital because their prices are reasonable and they always fixed the problem. This time we only came here because it was closer and it was more urgent we thought. The second time we came back we figured it wouldn’t be as much because our cat had already been X-rayed by Hebron Animal Hospital. Over a thousand dollars later and the issue still exists. We will be going back to Fort Thomas Animal Hospital moving forward because they’ve always been reasonable and the problems are always fixed.

Dr Layman and staff was very attentive to our pet and made sure he felt at ease with them before the exam.

The price we paid for the services that were received seem to be extremely high! We are are not sure if we can continue to bring our dogs to your location.

Would not go anywhere else ever! But $15.50 for a nail trim is a bit steep.

Dr Greenfield gives me confidence that he will do everything possible to help my pets. In an emergency once I saw another vet at the same practice (Dr Hale) and without even looking at my cat he suggested I have him put to sleep. I left feeling like the vet saw my concerns for my cat as a waste of time and foolish. My cat is still living and doing well for his age. Since then I ve only taken my pets to Dr Greenfield.

Doctor and assistant did very well working with my very nervous dog. Our care was wonderful and prompt.

Everyone and everything was great. I feel she will not hesitated to returning and seeing everyone. A very positive experience for our new puppy.

Dr Lloyd is wonderful. I think the prices are a little high, but I feel comfortable with everyone there.

We always enjoy our visits with Dr. Greenfield! He is thorough and spends time answering our questions. Staff is always friendly and welcoming!

I really appreciated the Loving Care method being used with Dudley. He was much calmer and certainly enjoyed the treats!
