I can tell you that this is the best Veterinarian hospital/office that I have ever taken any of my pets to in my life. Dr Hale and his entire staff are the greatest. If you are looking for a family Veterinarian this is the place to come where your pet and you will be treated like family.

I brought my 28 lb.daschund mix in for toenail trim. It was suggested last trim that I consider sedating him with Trazadone for next trim. I considered it and dcided against drugging him for a simple procedure, as it had been accomplished previously at PetSmart quickly and without sedation by ONE person, not FOUR trying to hold him down. Your people refused to take him without sedation, so I left, went to PetSmart where ONE person in 5 minutes trimmed his nails without drugging him and the cost was $10. I question both the competency and necessity of a FOUR person restraint. I no longer have confidence in this group, and am considering going elsewhere. The office staff was fine, not their fault the others were incompetent.

Dr Hale is great and a big reason we came back with our new puppy. He was terrific and very caring with our two previous dogs and after this visit I know our puppy is in good hands.

Tish was very compassionate, of course she knows us and our dog ?? Woulda been nice if first visit the vet would have been more insistent that our dog get X-ray. $200 that coulda been avoided since when we brought her back a day later it was $390. The other vet gave us all the time we needed with our beloved Sugar Bear before she was given meds to go to doggie heaven.
