Second time I ve been in and the urine smell was overwhelming. I only got charged for one dog and when I called, didn t even get a thank you for catching it.

I encourage you to have a checklist with a list of what has to be done for the animal which the Customer has requested which moves along with the dog and a NOTES or SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS field. This will assure all that needs to be completed does get completed. Like a Work Order.

I absolutely love the people who work here. So friendly and seem really caring about my pets. Love Dr. Carter too. Great Vet! I have never had any issues since I started coming here. Prices are very reasonable too.

I did not appreciate them adding $48 to my bill for Heartgard. It was just added and I was never asked if I wanted it. I may have accepted it anyway except for I can get it a lot cheaper somewhere else but I was never given the option. Bad practice!

The doctor gave contradictory information and at times downplayed our concerns. It was like he already had his mind made up before entering the room and was not listening to what we were saying about our pet. Probably will not be seen by Dr. Neeman again.

Joseph is always attentive and courteous. The front desk needs remedial training in customer care regardless of race, size, age or their personal assumptions. Most employees at the front will look at you when you enter and look away with no smile nor acknowledgment. Very unwelcoming. If you call Kindness Animal Hospital you will be put on hold and sometimes forgotten. Call answerers also do not seem to care nor have compassion when you call regarding issues with your dog, they too need training in courtesy, care & compassion. Recently I called to see if Joseph was working and the person who answered the phone said “yes, why”? Rather than yes, would you like to leave a message or schedule an appointment? When I walked in to drop the gift card off for Joseph all of the front desk employees looked when I said Joseph’s name. Again no smile. No acknowledgment and turned back around. The lady that took the card answered up and was nice. Kindness Animal Hospital needs to put the KINDNESS back in to their service or drop “Kindness” from their name. If it weren’t for Dr DU’s care and bedside manner and employees like Joseph I wouldn’t bring my very loved pup there. If it was only totally up to front desk employees I’d never return.

As always the staff was very friendly and helpful! The facilities were very clean as they always are! We have been coming to see Dr. Neiman and his staff for around 15 years. We and our pets have never had a bad experience. We highly recommend and LOVE Kindness Animal Clinic.

It s the first time a towel was used to cover my cat s hear to be given a shot. I will ask the next time that I allowed to hold her instead.

Great experience. Frustrated that I called earlier this year for a price estimate. Then I received the same price estimate when I set up the appointment. Then when I received the bill it was over $100 more what I was originally quoted. I appreciate the great car, but I do feel lied to with costs.

I was very pleased that they were able to see me quickly even though I did not have an appointment.
