I was very happy to see how well Ragu was treated by Dr. Fitzgerald and Dr. Latimer! I was very impressed with Dr. Latimer by the way that he took time out of his busy schedule to call me at home to give me good news from results of Ultrasound Ragu had during the day! Thank you very much Dr. Latimer! That was very caring of you! I am also very pleased with the staff at the hospital. I would like to give kudos to Terri-Lynn for being such a caring and pleasant person to Ragu and myself. She also went above and beyond by asking Dr. Latimer if he would introduce himself to me. Dr. Latimer and myself had a chat about Ragu and how the Ultrasound went. I just absolutely love all the caring and professionalism from Dr. Fitzgerald and Dr. Latimer and of course the staff who cared for Ragu! Thank you all!

I truly appreciate all that Dr Latimer has done for my three dogs. He goes above and beyond, and it is so obvious how much he strives to give the best care. The clinic is state of the art, and his staff are amazing. All this has resulted in the best possible outcomes for my pets. Care like this is irreplaceable!

We really enjoyed our visit with Dr. Fitzgerald on Thursday. She very knowledgeable and gave us many options to help our overweight cat become a healthy weight. The vet tech who was working (I forgot her name, sorry!) was also very kind and helped to make Moo Moo feel very comfortable, especially during his exam. We will definitely be visiting again with all of our pets. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Every time I have come in, I ALWAYS feel that every member of the team care first and foremost about the pet. That is what I look for in a animal hospital, and how many times I ve had to move and search for a new one, I know exactly how hard that is to find. I am so glad I found your office and have your help looking after my babies.

I have recently lost my husband and our dog is my life now. princess Animal hospital has on many occasions given my dog quigley the best care ever. Werther it is something simple or surgery they are great with quigley and myself. I would not take my dog anywhere else.a co-worker asked me this week why would lnot take quigley somewhere cheaper. My coment was you cannot asked for better care than princess Animal hospital and it is worth every sent l spend on my dog for good care.

We have alsways been happy with the service we recieve from the folks at Princess Animal Hospital. In an ermergency we are always seen and looked after very quickly and effectively. All the staff are very friendly and more than competent. As you well know your dog is part of the family and in this practice they are treated as such. We thank you all. Pepper certainly likes it too!

I was VERY pleased with the care and treatment of my newly adopted *KHS* cat. The new Clinic at 16 Bath Rd. is spotless and welcoming. The staff are all so friendly, cheerful and helpful. [As well as calmly tolerant of *Nervous-Nelly Mamas*] Dr. Latimer was kind and gentle in his care and gave valuable and helpful information in writing. A Lab test result was emailed to me in less than 24 hours. I would highly recommend this establishment for reliable, trustworthy and comfortable care of your beloved pet. ~ Wendy Schloen

Your clinic and doctors are professional, sensitive to their clients and sympathetic. I ve been a client for many years and wouldn t consider moving to another clinic in Kingston. During my latest visit Dr. Latimer worked hard to reduce my anxiety. This is something I appreciated.

I was very impressed with my visit. I sent a frantic e-mail in the middle of the night asking for the earliest appointment, and I was pleased when I got a reply right at 8 am. I wasn t sure how the appointment would go considering I was bringing a small animal. I was very impressed with how myself and my hamster were treated. The veterinarian (and his assistant) listened and responded well to my questions and concerns. He was very knowledgeable but also very friendly and made me feel at ease. My hamster is recovering very well and I am very happy. I am very glad I chose to go to the Princess Animal Hospital and I was very happy with the experience.

Had an excellent experience at Princess Animal Hospital. I was a bit worried at first, since it was a free exam coupon that I may be pressured into purchasing something, however this was not the case at all. Dr. Caudle was so gentle and patient with Mozzarella even though he was being dramatic squeaking away.

I recently brought my pet hamster in for care after he sustained a small injury. The staff at the downtown location were all very welcoming and provided my little guy with great care. I would definitely recommend Princess Animal Hospital to all pet owners in the Kingston area!
