They did great. Super friendly. My ONLY complaint was I didn t get a call after my pet got neutered to know he was ok and pick up time. I had to call. Otherwise Great, and my fur baby is wonderful!

Everyone there is so great with explaining exactly what is going to happen when it comes to procedures/services that they provide. I was very nervous about my dog going under anesthesia for the first time and they called me before she went under to explain they planned to do while she was under and made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in the Nashville area.

I had an issue at check out. My dog had to have a cystotomy and the person who checked me out told me that they did not go into/open the bladder and only put a catheter in. I was so shocked I asked again, which she re-confirmed, so I left. I called my husband and regular vet who told me this was impossible and must be a mistake. After re-confirming the next day with Animal House Hospital the bladder was indeed open to perform the said surgery. It was a big miscommunication although could have avoided some stress/worry on my side.

We weren t allowed in the facility due to covid so I can t comment on that. I was pleased with the staff and services but was not pleased with having to schedule my appointment only via email. I asked the woman to call me and she said I had to use email. Because of that I had questions I was never able to ask. I understand some companies are using email only services but I find them less productive since we had to email back and forth multiple times throughout the day when it could have been completed in a 5 minute phone call. If people want to use email it s fine to offer as an option but some of us prefer speaking with a person and it would be nice to have that option too. Otherwise we were pleased with the service.

We were happy with visit only thing was upset over Georgie s ear clip. It looks like almost a third of ear was removed. I can send a picture if you would like. Your staff was very friendly and really cares about the animals.

Called previously to get the $99 package for a stray. Was told the scheduler would call me back. I never heard anything. In the meantime my cat ran out the door and sniffed noses with outdoor kitty (stray) so I brought kitty in for testing. When I called again to get a neuter appointment I was called right back the next day. Things are crazy with the virus but just so you know I was never called back to schedule an appointment that first time. Once we had both appointments things went well. Thank you for helping me with this stray who found us during the pandemic!

I brought in feral cats for spay/neuter surgery. I was not given any post-surgery care instructions for them, nor any notes on the tests they got while there (i.e. FIV status). The lack of info provided was disappointing to me. Also, puppy pads had been placed inside their cages, rather than just sitting the cages on top of pads, meaning the cats were sitting on soiled pads when they were returned to me and were understandably distressed (and smelly) for the whole ride home. I then had to carefully reach into each cat trap to remove the pads, hoping the cats wouldn t attack my hand or try to escape, both very possible with ferals. Also, since I had originally found your practice through People for Animals, I had been quoted a much cheaper rate for the spay/neuter surgery. When I was told it would be $99 per cat, I simply asked what the reason for the price difference was, and the response I got via email was quite rude. It was basically telling me that I should be happy I m getting an appointment at all, and made me feel like I wasn t really a valued customer by mentioning that I was the first feral cat appointment you d offered in a while in addition to the full price clients you can barely afford to take care of. I kept the appointment because I ve been watching over these cats for months and continuously searching for a clinic that would spay/neuter them, but this interaction was so off-putting that I would have rather found another vet if I hadn t had such a tough time getting an appointment somewhere.

Pick-up was a nightmare! The drop-off was just fine. Communication could definitely be improved (Appointment confirmation, pick-up notification, contact when in surgery recovery, etc.). It was a zoo at pick-up time with long waits and confused staff. People were waiting for over an hour.

Staff was very nice. I get that it makes it faster do get all of the animals and do procedures but really didn’t like that I dropped him off at 830 and got him back after 530. Also he had an accident in his cage/wherever he was kept and he was not cleaned up from it :(

I think it must have been a “off” day There was a 2hour wait the vet did not read or review my kittens health record. When leaving I was not given my health records back and also they forgot to give me my medication and had to go back in for it I am however thankful that my sweet kitten was able to be seen and I really hope that my kittens ears start to improve soon
