The concern & care given was excellent.

I requested to have my dogs nails trimmed and she was brought out with them not being done. And a feeling that the office doesn’t want my new puppy as a client. So I’ll be moving my pets to a different clinic as Claudia is almost always rude to me.

Just as my previous vet appointment, the visit for my cats, Bindi and Cleo was completed professionaly and timely, and I was able to get them back home without too much stress.

We would have like to have heard from the vet. We don’t know who did the exam?? We asked to have his nails clipped and the vet tech woman said absolutely yes. But we didn’t find that it wasn’t done until got home. We don’t know who spoke to us in parking lot or her name. Was she a vet tech? A little harsh personality at first but she warmed up. We sent patient records from other SF vet by email and then told by Calistoga vet tech vaccine info was not on there. So we scrambled calling old vet from SF and they resent info. Turns out the vaccination records were already included in the original email we sent. So there was a lot of confusion there. Maybe vet tech was rushing or didn’t read full report? In the end it was ok. Thanks.

Dr. Franquelin has been our vet for 11 years. We re going to miss him when we move out of state next month. He s probably the best vet I ve had anywhere.

It would have been helpful for me that day to have been able to drop off the animals and then pick them up after their services and vet visit rather than the wait.

I called to ask a question and was told to email the doctor and that she would alert the doctor to my message. I emailed twice but no one ever responded to the email.

I confirmed this appointment by phone and email. I arrived on time. I was told my husband Ray cancelled it because he had to take care of his wife (me) and rescheduled it to 1-4-21 at 1430. I am a healthy woman in my 60 s who has a FT job and does not need taking care of. I tried to explain that this account was confused with another account. I left without being seen because of the above. I was also told there was no mix up. I am not upset, but I do know that my husband did not cancel the appointment (confirmed by him) and he did not reschedule it to a day I work (also confirmed by him) I feel that this account is mixed up with another client. And it is a computer error. Also I happed to cancel the appointment on 1-2-21 because I work. But that appointment was made by another client not me, Let me know how this turns out.Because I need to see the doctor from time to time.
