My pets and I are always treated wonderfully. The staff treat us as family. I have taken my pets(babies) here for over 10years and would not think about going anywhere else.

I think many people struggle to pay for their pet s care. This doesn t apply to me but i would rather pets get the best of care vice their owners choosing between food or tests.

Well, They did not check Kelly`s blood pressure, which is something we have to be watching. They took blood and urine, I think.

We waited over an hour for our dog to be seen while everyone was in a meeting. Our dog was in pain and scared and yet no one could leave this meeting to help him. Your website states that you want to raise the standard of patient care and that you live to care and to change and save lives. I guess that is only applicable if there isn t a meeting going on. Also, after paying over $700, we do not have any answers as to what is going on with our dog and he isn t doing any better. I would be glad to discuss my comments with someone, so please feel free to call me.

It took an enormous time to get checked out. It was 2 pm and only one person dealing with the phones and customers. I have never waited that long.

This was our first visit and we will be back. I really got the feeling that everyone here wants the best for our sweet boy. They took his behavior into consideration and did everything possible to make him comfortable. I also got to see one pup getting groomed and LOVED what I saw. Thank you to everyone here! I felt like we walked into an animal spa and that was for veterinary service! So glad we came! Everyone we came in contact with were friendly and happy to help! Very personal and made us all feel welcome. Again thank you!
