In person visits should be allowed now! The pandemic is over and patrons should be allowed to meet the doctor in person and be there with their pets.

I will not be returning. I was a first time patient and was kept waiting outside. When I first arrived I was told that someone would be out in a few minutes. After 15 minutes of waiting I called again. I was out on hold then told that on Saturdays people can wait 15 minutes to an hour because emergence patients were taken. I was told the doctor was handling an emergency. Funny as I was on the phone with the doctor 5 minutes before I arrived and he did not tell me about the emergency. The receptionist didn’t tell me about the emergency when I first called when I arrived at 9:04. You really should treat people better. My time is just as valuable as everyone else.

I am very pleased with my service. The Dr. was extremely pleasant, the service was fast and price is reasonable. Thank you!

The only problem we had was at the dismissal time. We were told it would be a lot sooner than it actually was. We had to wait an extra hour and a half before we could leave with our pet. We understand that emergencies arise and can appreciate the delay but it’s a bit harder on us because we come another town and it made a very long day for us. Otherwise the visit was very good.

I realize that the cat s teeth were in poor condition, but the estimate that you gave me, and the final bill was not even close like over 2500.00 off

Waiting too long for appt. and waiting outside is not good. Covid restrictions allow people inside everywhere now. Plus running our cars using gas and making fumes is not so good.

Lower scores were due to the fact that I can not go into the facility with my dog. I hope this will change soon

Unhappy I still wasn’t allowed to go inside with my dog. Plus my appointment was 3 pm and I didn’t get asked inside till 3:25

Dr. DeForge and his staff always provide excellent care for my pet. Dr. DeForge is a great diagnostician, and over the forty years that I have been taking my pets to him, has both saved their lives in difficult situations and also, increased their pleasure in living. I certainly praise him for the way he has handled the Pandemic and remained open to serve so effectively his clients.

Can t really comment on inside facilities since we at the moment cannot follow our pets inside. Waiting time was long but expected since it was an emergency visit.

It would be nice to come inside and not to do business over the phone.
