The staff at The Vita Vet have always been fantastic! Very friendly.

Because they are short 1 vet we totally understand that getting an apptment is more difficult. Today was the longest we had to wait but we totally understood again as Dr Graydon is doing the best she can. If she is running behind it is because someone needed extra time. When you are with Dr Graydon she gives you her undivided attention. She is wonderful! Thank you to all the staff who are always so friendly and helpful.

Seemed to be a lot of unnecessary charges on the bill. Is listening to lung sounds and feeling the stomach a full exam worth $45?

dr Venesaa Graydon is in one word AWESOME! As a vet, and as a person. Super impressed by how she handled the situation with our emergency, and she was super nice with the follow up appointment as well. If I could give ten stars I would.

I was so grateful that I made the drive out to the clinic, it made all the difference in the world for our puppy s health. the whole covid19 has thrown a huge wrench into the visit. i did miss seeing the vet and talking with her during the examination. a bit frustrating waiting for my bill and then having to log into my bank for an etransfer because i couldn t go into pay. i understand that this is your current protocol but that was the most frustrating part of the visit. i believe i was at the clinic for approx 90 minutes (waited in the hot car for more than 20 minutes waiting for the bill). we all can enter stores and pay - not sure why we cannot come into the front office, once client at a time, and get our business done. i realize that the exam room may be too small for 2 people but the front office gives lots of space. also I had called in early april for the appointment and the first one available was early June. the other thing i would suggest is that when you ask about a procedure, please let me know the costs involved with each procedure. $17.69 for each ear to be cleaned and swabbed and then the $26.25 evaluation fee adds alot to my vet bill. please know that i like this clinic and the staff are always great, friendly and good with my dog. i think covid restrictions and the unknowns on the bill were just too much and mared the vet visit.

First time actually bringing a pet in for treatment. I was pleased to talk with Dr. Graydon personally. I realize that this pandemic has created obstacles to a lot of things & the staff did a good job of coming out to fetch their clients as quickly as was possible. I of course forgot to ask a few questions, my fault, so will give the clinic a call on Monday.

We have not been able to get in. We need our dog spayed BEFORE she goes into heat. I could not give any ratings because we have not been there yet. Please book us in as soon as possible. We bought a puppy through Back to Pack Rescue. Highly recommend them as a rescue. Dennis
