The Vet Tech McKayla was absolutely amazing, I can’t say enough about how helpful she was. As a first time dog owner, she was patient and so understanding to my questions and needs. She put me at ease and explained everything g in such great detail. She loved on my puppy and made my first time at a vet hospital a truly amazing experience. Thank you so much!

Appointments are always a pleasure (even for most of my fur babies). But what is so impressive to me is the follow up! There is ALWAYS a phone call a day or two later to check in on my babies and answer any questions we may have.

Was happy that your staff was able to fit me in on the same day I called. Also they were able to usher me and my dog into a room upon arrival to avoid the other dogs as my dog does not do well with other dogs. Sheryl

Anthony, the technician who helped us was unbelievably knowledgeable, helpful and went above and beyond to explain everything. Also, received and email from him a few days later asking how Duchess is and, reiterated the new food that was suggested to switch Duchess too, would be a good move for her. He said if Duchess does not like the food I can return for refund. Anthony is a great addition to your team! Sorry this survey was not filled out earlier. Thank you Cheryl Faherty
