At the vets we ve used in California they did a blood panel before scheduling an anesthesia-procedure, no mention of this to me when suggested a tooth-cleaning and minor surgery. Please follow up. I very much enjoyed meeting Dr. Clemens.

I selected excellent to all but not sure if it calculated my response. Dr. Paul is the best veterinary around. Caring, super helpful, knowledgeable, does his research, takes his time with all. He doesn t push for expensive medications or surgeries if not totally required/necessary. Our entire family loves him and his special care to all of our pets over the past 40+ years!!!

Having our first puppy and being both excited and nervous this was the best we could have asked for. The staff was knowledgable, kind, patient and attentive. Our pup felt loved, respected and supported. I hope we only need to see the staff for regular appointments and check-ups or during grooming visits but in the event of an emergency or scary situation I am very comfortable with them.

Would be helpful if they had a solution to my felines condition. In addition, I think a rectal temperature of over 102 degrees is not high normal. To me, as a health care professional, appears as though my feline is running a fever, especially when compared to the other feline’s temperatures. I’m not sure about the doctor’s conclusion and am contemplating a second opinion.

Nurse and vet were extremely helpful and definitely took the time out of their day to make sure my cat was well adjusted to the nurse before she did an examination on her. All recommendations were helpful as well and I didn t feel like I was getting put through the wringer financially either when given recs. Staff that I am assuming were staff for the kennel desk looked unprofessional looking and/or playing on their phones while I was waiting for the receptionist to check me out. They didn t acknowledge me or let me know that the receptionist who was able to help me is working with another patient in an exam room, I just stood there waiting while they were on their phone or talking with one another. The receptionist that assisted me was very helpful and kind however and even assisted me while leaving by opening the door for me since my hands were full.

Always very prompt professional friendly & they treat us & my dog like family. This was Dr Clemens first time seeing Ace & he could not have made him feel more comfortable & at ease with his painful toe/paw. He is an amazing vet/doctor who is so knowledgeable & kind. God bless the entire staff. We feel so lucky to have our dogs in your care!
