I was really shocked that I had to pay $16+ for each dog for a shot for the tech who delivered the shot. I really think that is expensive. Also, this week I asked that Stella have a urine check and I paid over $100 for it. That is crazy. She had just been in in September and if you look at the charges--why did she need an exam--for just a urine check. I could see it if the test was positive--but geez. I know you have to make a living--but this is over kill.

Did not ever get to see or speak to my Vet. Maxx came back to me wet and his bottom was covered with dried poop. I asked that Maxx be operated on early in the day, and he was done last out of 3 procedures. When I picked him up at 7pm he was still heavily sedated. For 12 years I have the best Vet and service I could have asked for. But this visit was awful. I m not sure what I will do in the future.

We were on vacation and Walter had his appointment when he was a Brudgecreek kennel.

I love the convenience of being able to have the dogs groomed and routine checkups done while they are there. I know the staff takes great care of the dogs while they are there.

This was the most difficult vet visit I ve ever had, because I really did not know if I was going to go home with my beloved Ike. I was really scared about his condition, but Dr. Stumpe and the vet techs were so kind to me, and so honest and sincere. They managed to turn one of the worst days I can remember into one where I had hope, and I will never forget that.

I can t imagine placing any other review but a total excellent rating for the care and compassion of Auburn Veterinary Clinic. I have been receiving top professional care for over 55 years from them. Dr clemmens is a great dr

The care given to our pet was excellent I have no problems with that at all.The problem I have is with the pushiness of the technician for us to have Out pet get his teeth cleaned .This is a very difficult decision for myself and my family due to his age and the potential risks involved. There was no other alternatives as far as I know and I feel like if don t do this we will be hounded every time we go in and not to mention the calls to my cell phone. It is possible we will go ahead with this procedure but are considering getting another estimate on the cost.

I have heard so many wonderful things through friends about your practice. I am very happy I have decided to bring my doodle here for care!

Your team is so wonderful and dependable. Such honest advice. Quick and thorough. That s why I keep coming and tell everybody about you.

I was a little shocked that the prices on your website were significantly different from the prices I was quoted for the pet care plan. I still enrolled but wasn t prepared for the sticker shock.

Otto had a puncture wound on his right paw. I phoned the office and told them he needed to be looked as he was still bleeding. We arrived and got in shortly. He had stopped bleeding. He was looked over and taken care of quickly. Thanks for helping us out. John Meade

Shamus came to get groomed and then was weighed to see, if he was 100 lbs. or over, which is was (102). We added the necessary Interceptor pill, for dogs over 100 lbs. The staff is always professional and Shamus loves Dawn.
