Open up and at least allow people in with their pets even if with a mask on. Have yet to see the inside the facility or meet veterinarians face to face. Reason for low stars.

Staff did not email me any test results even after I requested them. I will call back again to try to obtain the results for Lewie s final test which was a urine test. I am not happy with this kind of service considering the amount of money that I spent.

It is hard to not be with my pet (and I understand your caution). Strider was there for bloodwork and I told the tech he was afraid of people, but she seemed rushed and reluctant to give him enough space. The other tech was wonderful (with the river tattoo). Dr. Clemmens seemed rushed and hadn t reviewed Cez s file. I know you guys are SUPER busy, and I very much appreciate being able to bring my dogs to Dr. Clemmens. I hope to be able to accompany my pets and talk to him face to face in the near future.

I had asked for a heart worm tick bloodwork since my dog had two ticks on her this summer. I had discussed on the phone before the appointment and it was scheduled. During the appointment the vet decided not to get a blood test and told us he will wait until the next six month appointment. The front staff and the vet are not talking to each other.

My cat Major Tom just had his paws nails clipped. But it needed to be done. This is a wonderful facility with caring people and smiling, inviting faces. I appreciate everything that is done with my animals at this place.
