Purchase a doormat for the entry to the reception area. A towel isn’t very professional looking.

The wait time was long but I think the staff was a bit inundated with cases. The people there are very kind and courteous.

ER visit was rushed - technician only took vitals, seemed uninterested in concerns. Dr Decter treated an animal that came in with lethargy, shivering, hesitant walking / climbing stairs, rash, and not barking. Records reflect pet was treated for nausea, and advised benadryl (not on record?). Very dissatisfied with most of the staff s lack of compassionate care and understanding the urgency and gravity of pet s declining condition. Upon 4th daily consecutive visit, pet was admitted for two day hospital stay and owner advised that they could not do anything more for him. Transferred to specialty hospital and condition was addressed with preliminary diagnosis and treatment upon arrival. Veterinary Medical Center of St. Lucie County is a glorified clinic lacking professional and knowledgeable staff.

I have a big dog and he is very uneasy around new people and other dogs. Even though he was well behaved, the staff picked up on his body language, before I mentioned anything, and put us in a treatment room. John was patient with us and waited to take temp, etc until my dog become more calm. Dr Murati treated my dog like family. Very impressed with the whole experience and looking forward to a great relationship.

Very impressed with the staff and facilities. They let me know the approximate charges before performing any procedures.

Dr Johnson was very very nice and thorough. I did have to wait almost an hour to be seen but everyone was totally apologetic.

Less time on the money part more time on caring

Sammy, my cat, needed stomach surgery. Everything was explained, all my questions answered, and I wasn’t rushed, Everyone I “saw” was kind to all the animals, smiling, and happy. I had a good feeling about the Center. After surgery I received a call with an update-and my questions were answered. In each following phone call, I was never rushed & all concerns answered and explained. Sammy is home, he is eating, sleeping, & I know I can call if I need to. Thank you for your help!
