Dr. Hobard and her staff are awesome! They have taken care of our 5 dogs and 2 cats since the practice opened. Her no-fear compassionate care philosophy works wonders. Even our most anxious dog has learned to relax while in-clinic. She’s an excellent veterinarian technically and spends as much time as is needed for her fur-patients and their humans to have positive interactions ALWAYS. We could not recommend this clinic and Dr. Hobard more. Diane Nelson

I did not get like the waiting time either in the front or in the room for my first dog to be seen while the vet did her thing or the person who gave Dottie her shot and then broke the needle and had to go to get another one. I expect for my dogs to be seen at the appointment time not 20 minutes later.

When the Dr.? came in she did not introduce herself. I m still not sure what the Dr s name is, or if that was the Dr. I saw.

It would have been nice to know that there is a one person limit in the lobby. I arrived with my infant son and was asked to sit in the car and wait during my appointment. I sat there for an hour waiting for a phone call and didn’t understand it would take so long or I would’ve left and come back. Simple misunderstanding but I wasn’t informed when I made the appointment nor was I given any kind of timeline.

I was very pleased with the whole process and Stella got better after the shots. The doctor explained everything to me nicely. Thanks!

I was told verbally the office visit would be 35.00, It ended up being around 50.00. I don t have the invoice here to give exact amount, but with covid that was a big difference.

One of the staff was not friendly she acted like she did not want to be there . I said good morning and she just looked at me and walked away from me. But the other Lady that help me with My Sofia and bill was friendly.

They did a really good job with my dog and they re dressed everything that I needed done I was really happy what s the results
