It s so hard to not go in and remember everything I want to bring up as I hand the leash off. It would be nice to get some sort of reminder earlier from the appointment where I could list all my concerns.

These people saved Milo s life! I was so scared when I brought him in and the staff and the doctor could tell how upset I was and they treated us with such kindness and compassion we are so happy to have a great veterinarian in Evergreen and so close to our home. Milo is resting and it seems like he s slowly getting better. I could never thank them enough our dogs mean the world to us they are all we have.

Dr Kevin took such care to explain everything me, answer my questions, and go over a plan of care for our Lars. We are so thankful! Also, the vet tech that saw us (I wish I knew his name!) was so friendly, also took his time, and was very helpful. We are very grateful to have found our new vet in Evergreen!

Very personable and friendly. Receiving an email about my pups visit was a surprise! Never have experienced that before. New to the area and glad to have found a great place to bring my fur babies.

Prior to the appointment we asked for pricing which we were given for services we needed to have done. However, an aspiration was taken of a cyst on Maggie without our consent. My daughter is the sole caretaker of Maggie now that she has moved into her own apartment and struggles with funds. To have an additional $50 added to our bill without being asked if we wanted the service was disappointing as my daughter was not prepared for that added expense and we don t feel an aspirate was needed.

I can t honestly answer because I wasn t allowed to go in, talk to the doctor and raise concerns directly to her. The young man that came out to get and return him was very nice and helpful. However, I m not happy about being in his appointment with him.

As always they go above and beyond and are doing their very best working around covid. All the running in and out of the building while we pet parents sit in our car. They make sure sure you are up to date on the entire visit.

I felt like you did the best you could under the COVID circumstances. I cannot comment on #6 since I did not actually enter the facilities.

We love this Vet so completely. They care for our furry family at a level that is above and beyond. We love them.

We made a change to Family Veterinary Hospital after having a less than stellar experience over several months with our previous vet office. We are looking for a practice where we can feel confident and satisfied with communication, cost and care. When we made the appointment, we were told that our puppy s records from our previous vet would be requested. We were surprised when we were told that they didn t have the records, even though the appointment had been made a week in advance. Later, during the appointment, the records were produced-not sure if they had just been received or they had been over looked. All the staff was quite friendly, and showed genuine concern that we were waiting over long for our pup due to an emergency-unavoidable and understandable. Dr. Liz was most helpful, patient and detailed in addressing all our concerns. We are hopeful that we have found our forever vet-thank you!

Due to covid, the drop off was outside. I very much appreciated the tech wanting to know of any questions or concerns i had and taking notes to share with the vet. I was very pleased the vet came outside to meet with me. With the unique situation with covid, i was very impressed with the protocol and very satisfied with the entire process. I thought you did an excellent job. Prior to covid, i as well have always been very, very pleased with the staff, the facility, the cleanliness, the skill and care, i appreciate you all very much. .
