Yes, I was not called by the vet to explain to me what was going on or what was going to happen only called to tell me what the bill was and what was done. It would have been nice to have been able to speak to the Vet/Dr

I brought Tahoe home after having a dental cleaning. He has a script for an antibiotic and pain meds. There was nothing in the discharge papers as to when to start the medication. After I realized I did not have this info it was too late to call as the office was closed. I was given very clear instructions on giving him water and his meals, but nothing about when to administer the medication. Just a thought.

Dr.Thomas and the girls were all so nice.They let Luna come right in.Yes they gave enough time with us.The bill was better then I thought it might be.Everything was nice and clean.Luna felt better right away. :)

Because of the virus that s effecting us all we can t visit the inside the facility but it s never dirty always clean and you don t smell urine. My Sydney gets loving care always has.
