Always get taken good care of. Happy with the doctors and staff.

I was not given a detailed explanation of the medication when I picked it up. No details about possible side effects. I was given anti-vomiting meds but she is not vomiting. She is now extremely drousy with no motor skills so I stopped the main meds. It would be nice if I received a check in or follow up. She seems very sick now.

I feel like the wait time was a bit long

I really appreciate the entire staff & the care given to my pets. I signed up for the wellness program which saved me a bundle & am so happy you offer it! You are on top of your game with email reminders too. The only downfall each time is how long I am there. This time I was there 2 hours. My dogs & I were so anxious to leave.

Our family has benitited from A-1 service and care by the office help, Vet Asst., Vet Dr.’s, Groomers, etc... at All About Pets. We are always satisfied with the love and care provided to our Animals. However I do suggest a check out & pay procedure that would lower the stress levels of your patients (animals) and their owners. Can we pay before picking up our pet and restraining them while excited to be going home, while at the counter and while going over the payment notice to, while running my credit card... while a sweet cat box is carried through the door, while my doggie goes nuts! Lol!

All About Pets is AWESOME!

Last time I was there to get my cat groomed, when I got her back she still had knots in her mane. Was charged an aggressive temperament fee and the groomer didnt even do the whole job. Not worth the price, next time I will go elsewhere.

This was my first visit and when I drove up to the building it took me a bit to figure out where the front door was. I even drove around to the back of the building to look for something that looked more like an entrance. The correct front door it turned out; I had first thought was for the business next door. I then waited for about 25 minutes for someone to take my rabbit back for the neuter surgery. I did not interact with any vet or vet techs on drop-off. I never saw a vet; had to ask what their name was on pick-up. Rabbit seems to be doing fine though.

All About Pets has a terrific staff. We were pleased with the front staff, the vet and the folks in the grooming department

Dr. Zucca is the best vet I have ever taken my pets too!

One of the vets here, the name escapes me, but there’s two we’ve dealt with. One was amazing and the other...is passable at best. This place charges an exorbant fee for exotic pets but then will openly admit they don’t reallt specialize in the exotic pet being seen an they don’t really know for sure what’s wrong but they’re more or less guessing. The other vet also added a bunch of medications to our bill almost trying to trick us into paying for medicine we may not have needed. She’d yet to do any actual formal tests aside from looking at our pet which she admitted not really being trained in and she was already trying to get us to buy medicine that would only be required if these tests came back positive or what have you. Sometimes the vet is great and openly chats and charges what’s fair and then there’s another vet that’s very greedy and openly just admits they don’t reallf know what they’re doing with or exotics. It’s really polarizing and tough considering how few vets see our kind of exotic pets and so it sometimes feels as if this establishment is taking advantage of that and offered services from vets untrained for certain pets just for easy money since no one else sees them. Just kind of sad.

It s obvious that you guys don t read your emails. I had to cancel this appt at last minute, poor Elizabeth was waiting for Ollie, when I had a medical appt to attend to. I couldn t and we her call while in the appt. Your website reminds of appts but doesn t allow you to cancel if things happen after hours. Need to fix these problems, and make your website more applicable!
