Since we were not able to enter the building, we could not go with our pet. Our pet is almost blind due to cataracts and when he returned to our vehicle, the pet was traumatized. Our pet vomited all over the inside of the vehicle due to his experience with the personnel. This is no way to conduct a business. You can blame it on the COVID and you are entirely overreacting. There are ways to protect yourselves and your customers and keep your doors open.

They did an oustanding job minimizing exposure in our current pandemic environment. I never left my car and the techs were great with taking the dogs into the office and everyone I spoke with via phone was thorough and professional (just like they have been in the past). Took a little longer than normal, but I feel that has happened in every industry this 2020.

Dr. Blackwell is the smartest, prettiest, funniest, and all-around coolest person with whom I’ve ever had contact. Thank you for the opportunity to be within the proximity of her presence in your parking lot.

Been going here for 2 years now and it is always a pleasant experience with the staff and the doctors. My dog enjoys going and is not afraid of any one and usually can t wait to go to the front door. Always have gotten excellent service and plenty of one on one time with the doctors that have seen my dog.

My only suggestion would be if there is a vaccine, blood work, or heart worm test due within the next 2 months to ask if I would like to get those done while I am there. I had two vaccines that were due within a month and I saw it in the portal once I got home and would have been nice to get done at once.

The staff and Doctors are all super nice and caring for my doggies. Unfortunately with Covid we can’t go in with our doggies but the Doctors call and explain everything and listen to your concerns

The doctors and staff have always been kind to our dog, Tracker, and they seemed to take good care of our new cat, Shadow, on this visit. However, I would not know since I was not in there with him. Both of my animals hate going to the vet and have a lot of anxiety about it but I cannot be in there due to your COVID precautions. Considering everything that is going on with the numbers being greatly reduced and almost everything being open, it seems over the top cautious to not allow 1 owner at a time in with their pet. Since it sounds like you will be doing this for the foreseeable future, sadly, we will take our pets to a vet that is not going over the top with precautions and is not letting animals experience extra anxiety by not allowing owners to the visit with them.

I appreciate that staff took the time to see Kitty right away rather than me dropping her off and having to come back. The Doctor asked a lot of questions to get a good picture of what was going on with Kitty. Thanks! I would give 5 stars to the questions on the survey but it doesn t do anything when I click on a star.

Dr. Blackwell and her staff are the best. They are always professional as well as kind & caring in treating my dogs.

It was a very interesting experience doing curbside vet visit (only did it as it was vaccine time) but all seemed to go fairly smoothly and lots of attention given considering it was all by phone. Very much love working with the staff and vets to keep my fur-babies healthy.

I don’t know what the facilities look like inside, as I was not able to come in due to COVID-19

I understand COVID concerns but if a healthy family needs to come in they should be allowed. The car pick up/drop off of a pet is very challenging when pets are like children to many people. Don’t send me a survey asking if my experience is satisfactory and include a question about the facilities when I couldn’t even come inside. Don’t ask me about my experience at all honestly Bc it sucked. I know my fur baby needs care so I’ll still come but I don’t believe if people can shop in crowds at Costco, sams club, Walmart or target that healthy people can’t bring their pets in to the vet and have a face to face with their veterinarian. The bill should be less since the service is less.

Everyone is so wonderful there. I always feel like I’m being listened to and get the best care for my dogs.

I asked for the vet to talk with us before the exam and was told that was not possible i asked that the tech check with the vet and was told the tech takes the info period. I know my dogs and have brought them in on my feelings and observations and I don t believe the tech can convey my concern. Most of the time it s been o.k. but not this time and that is why I informed the tech that we would have to find another Vet (I also sent a e-mail) as I said in the e-mail if your policy changes please let us know we did love the care you gave Macho and Miss C

The staff is great! I love the call to check on Stirling after his treatment. Great service. Dr. Blackwell is great!
