i have questions

Dr. Kolesar and the staff at Northwoods have taken care our families pets for 15+ years. I appreciate the gentleness, competence, and efforts to explain issues pertaining to the health of our cats and dogs over the years.

I was disappointed that I wasn t introduced to the doctor who performed my cats spayed. Matter of fact I never saw a doctor once and the girl that talked to use about getting my cat updated on vaccines never introduced herself. I still don t know her name and she was way to pushy. Clara was amazing and made me feel comfortable about leaving my cat and Joclyn behind the desk was very nice.

Not sure how the last time we went the nail clipping was $16.50 and now it’s $25. That’s a huge increase in 6 months.

Why are nail trimmings $25? That seems a bit excessive.

I was very impressed with how professional and courteous all the staff and doctor are. I definitely recommend Northwoods for dog veterinary needs.

The vet is very rude and does not care about the animals hes only in it for the money he didnt introduce himself to us. my dog was shaking and could see he was scared not once did he pet my dog and say its ok buddy he just shoved something down his ear and just what felt like to me was in a hurry to get to the next patients just so he didnt loose money.we will no longer go here.

I appreciated that my cat was seen, even though he is not a regular patient.

I called on Monday and discussed that I had a new shelter puppy that I just adopted who is coughing and is sick. They asked me to bring him and any other dogs that were sick on Wednesday of the same week. I packed up my dogs and took them. I was unable to take them into the building and the doctor didn’t even examine them. I feel I should have been able to just pick up the medicine on Monday instead of waiting twos for them to not even have been examines. It’s not easy to transport two young dogs and they waited two days for treatment for no reason.

EVERYTHNG & EVERYONE WAS EXCELLENT......OFFICE WAS CLEAN, ARICA & THE YOUNG LADY WHO WORKED WITH US, WERE FRIENDLY & KNOWLEDGEABLE......AS WAS DR. KOLESAR.

There was no explanation of the billing and I did not receive a receipt. The staff was great however the vet very short and kind of rude towards me. He seemed to be in a rush to get to his next patient.

I always have great service when I bring my pup there, kal and I both love it!

I come 2 hours away to see Dr. Bill about any problems with my cat Chico..The staff is friendly and take good care of Chico till Dr. Bill comes in. I would tell everyone about is office an staff. Happy New Year!! Stay healthy an safe for 2021.

Main Vet seemed to not care for the animals or people. Wouldn t listen to anything we said that was troubling our pet and when he did, he acted like we hadn t told him earlier or during previous appointments.
